Angelo DeLuca, 75, went to be with our Lord on Sunday, March 6, 2022, after a battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his devoted wife, Geri, and his children Angelo, Donna and Dorina.
Angelo Joseph DeLuca was born on June 6, 1946 in Bronxville, New York, to Christina (Viola) DeLuca and Joseph DeLuca. He was a Vietnam War Veteran of the United States Army. He married his best friend and the love of his life, Geri (Narok), on June 23, 1967. They were blessed with 54 years of marriage and raised three children together in Scarsdale, New York until they moved to Florida in 1986.
Angelo's greatest joy in life was the time he spent with his wife, children and grandchildren. He enjoyed gardening, cooking, house projects and restoring his 1957 GMC pickup truck. There was nothing Angelo couldn't fix, create or build, his talents were immeasurable. He was a family man; a loving husband, father and friend but his greatest and probably most proud title was that of Papa to his grandchildren. He embraced them with his love and wisdom and made memories with them that their hearts will hold forever.
Angelo is survived by his loving wife, Geri, and their children Angelo and Gina DeLuca(Apopka, FL), Donna and Justin Campbell(Apopka, FL), Dorina and Hoot Jabbari(Sorrento, FL); and five grandchildren Joseph DeLuca, Joshua Campbell, Matthew Campbell, Michael Jabbari and Madeline Jabbari. He is also survived by his sister Patricia Falcinelli(Manlius, NY) and many loving nieces, nephews and family.
Angelo is preceded in death by his mother Christina, his father Joseph and his sister Grace Napolitano.
