Billy Irish Payne

With a heavy heart and great sadness we inform you of the passing of Billy I. Payne, we was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, stepfather, step-grandfather and friend.

Bill passed away peacefully on January 8, 2024 at his residence

Bill led a life filled with love, happiness and cherished memories.

Bill served his country honorably for 21 years in the U.S. Navy.  Following his military service he worked for Lockheed Martin and retiring with them after 12 years of exemplary service.

Rest in eternal peace my dearest Bill, you will be forever embedded in our hearts.  May your soul find peace in God’s embrace and find solace in the everlasting memories you left behind.
