Chelsea Nicole Oettinger

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Chelsea Nicole Oettinger, 31, on March 5, 2025, after a valiant fight with breast cancer.

Chelsea was born on September 15, 1993, to Diana and Russell Theobald in Orlando, FL. As a child Chelsea always excelled in school. She graduated Lyman High School in 2012, then went onto University Central Florida to get a Bachelor's degree in 2016 and later received a Master's degree in human resources. After graduation, Chelsea worked at Advent Health for several years before moving to Raymond James Financial in 2022, which turned out to be such a blessing to her.

Chelsea met the man of her dreams, JR Oettinger, in November 2018. JR would be right by her side for all the ups and downs of life. On June 21, 2024, Chelsea married JR in a perfect ceremony celebrating their love!

All of Chelsea's life, family and friends were the most important thing to her!

Chelsea is survived by her loving husband JR, Dad - Russell Theobald, Mom - Diana Simpson, Step-Dad - Richard Simpson, Brother - Jonathan Theobald, Brotherlike Cousin - Brandon Theobald. New Sisters - Priscilla Theobald and Amy Anderson, Nieces and Nephews - Lucas, Liam, Kaylin, Haizlei and Logan. Also, lots of Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, In-laws, Cousins, Friends and her sweet dog Sadie.🐾

Chelsea will be forever in our hearts! ❤️
