Deloris Kapaldo, a devoted wife, beloved mother, cherished grandmother, and retired banker, passed away on June 21, 2024, at the age of 86 in Lake Mary, FL. Deloris was born on January 19, 1938, in Williamson, WV, and throughout her life, she touched the hearts of all those who knew her.
Survived by her loving husband, Jack Kapaldo, and children Stephen, Brenda, Dara, and Joseph Kapaldo, along with her cherished son-in-law, John Winans daughter-in-law, Glenna Kapaldo and adored grandchildren Nicole, Erica, Amanda, Robert, Kyle, Keith and Zachary. Deloris also leaves behind 11 great grandchildren, a legacy of love, kindness, and unwavering devotion to her family.
After a successful career in banking, Deloris retired to enjoy her time with loved ones, creating lasting memories and sharing her wisdom with future generations. Her warm smile and gentle nature will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A graveside service to celebrate Deloris's life will be held at Highland Memory Gardens on June 27, 2024, at 10:00 am. In honoring her memory, family and friends will gather to pay their respects and share stories of how Deloris brightened their lives with her presence.
In her final resting place at 3329 E. Semoran Boulevard, Apopka, FL, Deloris Kapaldo's memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. May she rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the love and gratitude of all who were fortunate enough to have known her.
Deloris was preceded in death by her beloved Son Jack Kapaldo Jr., Father Neville Layne, Mother Madge Whitt and Son-in-law Ronald Jackson.
