Eleazar Rivera, 85, of Apopka, passed away on September 11, 2020, in Apopka, FL

Graveside Burial services will be held 11 am Friday, October 02,2020 at Highland Memory Garden. Arrangements are by Highland Funeral Home Apopka, FL

Eleazar was born on March 14, 1935, to Florentino Rivera and Dominga Gonzalez of Moca, Puerto Rico. He married Dilia Del Carmen Rosado Barbosa on April 30,1962 in Bronx, New York. He worked as a Welder for many years. He was a Veteran and served in the Army and Air Force.

Eleazar was preceded in death by wife Dilia Rivera, son Ellie Rivera and daughter Cristalle Rivera and his parents and brothers Jose and Luis Rivera

Eleazar is survived by daughter Sandra Rivera and brothers Ruben Rivera, Taly Rivera, sisters Mercedes Burns-Hurwitz, Lucy Fox; Grandchildren Serena M. Calef and Christopher R. Calef; Great-grandchildren Arianna A. Calef, Anijah L. Calef and Zavier E. Calef
