Gail Porrello

Gail (Gleason) Porrello , age 82, passed away Tuesday June 22, 2021 in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
Gail is survived by her three loving children, Arthur (Marianne) Hood, Pamela Harvey and Dennis (Maria) Hood. She was a devoted and proud grandmother to Lauren (Jon) Castaldi, Daniel (Heidi) Hood, Kevin (Chelsea) Hood, Rose Harvey, Erin Harvey and Elizabeth Hood and a loving great-grandmother to Jackson, Lily and Ben Castaldi, Mia Hood and Adam Hood. Beloved sister of Mona (Bob) Borland and sister in law to Claire Porrello. Gail is also survived by many nieces and nephews and several life long friends. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Lou, her parents Robert and Eileen Gleason, sister Laurie Allen and brothers James and Robert Gleason.
The family will be present to receive friends on Sunday, June 27, 2021 from 4-6pm at Highland Funeral Home, 3329 E. Semoran Blvd., Apopka FL. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, June 28, 2021, 10am at Annunciation Catholic Church, 1020 Montgomery Rd., Altamonte Springs, FL. Please assemble at church. Mrs. Porrello will be laid to rest in Highland Memory Gardens, Apopka, FL. Gail was an active member of Annunciation Catholic Church serving in the St. Therese Circle.
