Helen Louise Toll, 80, passed away on May 21, 2020 at her home in Vero Beach, FL. She was born in Louisville, Ky. on October 26, 1939 to Robert Charles and Effie J. Marcum. She was the eldest of four siblings, Ruth, David and Charles. All had moved to the Apopka area. Helen married Eugene Toll and had three children Michael Toll, Kathy Toll, and Debbie Kulics. Later in her life she married Donald Rathel and relocated to Vero Beach.
Helen was a long-time office manager for the Budd Mayer Company in Orlando, and a devoted member of the Church of Christ. Always active and involved with family, friends and community.
Helen is survived by grandchildren Zachary Mathew Kulics and Alexandra Leigh Kulics, and nieces and nephews Andy Sohn, Denise Hausler, Jeffery Marcum, Kimberly Barkley, Billy Benton, and Tony Marcum.
Due to Covid 19 a Memorial Service will be held for the family in Apopka at Highland Memory Gardens. Future arrangements will be made later to celebrate her life. Please sign online guest registry at www.highlandfh.com.
