Kenneth N Fillinger

Kenneth N. Fillinger, 98, of Longwood, FL went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 20, 2023. Kenneth was a proud member of the United States Army and proudly served his country from 1942 to 1945. He was also a loving father, grandfather, friend, and Pilot. Kenneth was a conversationalist and never met a stranger. He was known for building communities and lasting relationships. Many who knew him have said that after speaking with him he always made you feel better afterwards. He just had a way with people. He was known for his sense of humor and his many sayings and words of wisdom. People would always ask him what his secret to living a long life was. He would always respond by saying “you can’t sweat the small stuff”.

Kenneth was a faithful follower of God and long standing member of Calvary Church of the Nazarene. To honor his faith and twenty plus year of devotion to Calvary the Fillinger family welcomes all to join them for a service in his honor on Thursday, June 29,2023 at 2:00pm at Calvary Church of the Nazarene located at 750 Roger Williams Rd, Apopka, FL 32703.
