It is with heavy hearts that we announce Mannie Marion Aultman Jr. passed away, November 16, 2024 in Orlando Florida at AdventHealth Hospital at 92 years old. He was born on September 23, 1932 in Summerfield FL to Mannie Marion Aultman and Thelma (Ivey) Aultman.

He was preceded in death by his mother, father and siblings Curtis Aultman, John Aultman, Mickey Kirsten, Mabel McCarthy and his wife Carolyn (Carithers) Aultman. Mannie is survived by his daughter, Melanie Hicks; sons Dan Aultman, Matt Aultman and their spouses. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Mannie was an exceptional and gregarious man who touched anyone's life he came in contact with. He had a way about him like no other and was such a selfless man who truly cared about others and he prioritized others over himself. He had a magnetism that drew people close to him and made them feel important and special.

He was a man of God and his faith was strong. He followed his religious principles and was a great spiritual leader and servant.

Mannie, who also went by Marion, was born in the great depression the youngest of 5 siblings, which was a challenge at times. He attended Bay High School in Panama City Florida where he met his his wife Carolyn. He was heavily involved in his school and community and was in about every sport and club. He stood out as an exceptional athlete, especially in baseball and football. Mannie could not afford college but received a full ride football scholarship at Troy State University where he excelled at football, starting as a freshman and taking the Senior's position ahead of him.

He worked many jobs in the construction industry and had many amazing stories with his experiences. He was a hard working man and that led to his employment at Harland check printing company. He had to travel and move all over the country until he was promoted with an executive position. Upon that promotion, he and his family moved to Orlando Florida in 1980 where he successfully ran the most productive check printing plant in the world in Orlando as well as managing other locations. Mannie retired in 1992.

He cared most about his family. He cherished and prioritized his time locally with his grandson's Austin and Zac. That time meant the world to him.

He was not defined by his experiences or career. He was defined by his character. Our family and anyone that came to know him will dearly miss his presence. We know though he is with the Lord , making heaven a better place.
