She was born on February 11, 1943, in Colombia and resided in Winter Park, FL. Her unwavering love and cherished memories will forever remain in the hearts of all who new her.

Narcira, dedicated her life to creating a warm and loving home for her family. She valued the importance of family bonds and selflessly derived her greatest joy from ensuring their happiness and well-being. Her nurturing spirit and unwavering support have left an indelible impact on the lives she touched.

Funeral Services will be held at Highland Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, from 6-9pm. This will provide an opportunity for family, friends, and community members to pay their respects and share their fondest memories of Narcira.

Graveside Services will take place on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, 10am, at Highland Memory Gardens, 3329 E. Semoran Boulevard, Apopka, FL. This serene location will be the final resting place where Narcira will be laid to rest. Friends and family are encouraged to gather together to celebrate her life, find solace in one another, and bid her a heartfelt farewell.

In honor of Narcira's legacy and her unwavering dedication to her loved ones, her family kindly requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a charity close to your heart.
