Rita Buchanan, age 88, beloved Spouse, Daughter, and Mother, was called to her eternal resting place on January 14, 2025.

She entered this world on March 3, 1936, in Summerville, MA, born to Martin Mitrano and Anna Higgins. She is survived by her son Martin Boyd; son Raymond Boyd; daughter Angela Miller-Teather; daughter Linda Buchanan, her brother Raymond Mitrano. As well as 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and one great greatgrandchild.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, January 23rd, 11am at Glen Haven Memorial Park, 2300 Temple Dr., Winter Park FL.

Notable interests, activities, hobbies, or passions: Sewing, baking, crocheting, going out on gambling boats to get mafia money, and shopping.
