Sherri Annette Winn Carr, a beloved wife, mother, and cherished member of her community, passed away on May 11, 2024. Born on June 16, 1964, in Madison, Wisconsin, Sherri was the daughter of Kenneth and Beverly Winn, who raised her alongside her four siblings, Wendy, Christy, Robert, and Brian, in Orlando, FL. On November 27, 1993, Sherri exchanged vows with her loving husband Randall Carr at Conway United Methodist Church. Their union was a testament to fate, sparked by a setup orchestrated by Doreen Mead, leading them to meet at Randy’s softball game. Together, they shared a beautiful journey and were blessed with seven children: Morgan Asher, Garrett Carr, Cameron Carr, Noelle Carr, Cassidy Winn-Carr, Laila Winn-Carr, and Skylar Winn-Carr. Sherri poured her heart into her role as a devoted mother, embracing the joys and challenges of raising her children with unwavering love and dedication. Sherri's life was defined by her role as a stay-at-home mom and dance mom, where she dedicated herself wholeheartedly for three decades. She was the epitome of selflessness, juggling various roles and responsibilities seamlessly. From chauffeuring her children to and from countless activities, to serving as chef, hairdresser, makeup artist, therapist, teacher, and referee, Sherri's unwavering commitment to her family knew no limits. Beyond her family, Sherri leaves behind a legacy of kindness, warmth, and compassion. She touched the lives of all who knew her, leaving behind cherished memories that will be treasured forever. Sherri is survived by her loving husband Randall Carr, her children, siblings, and a host of other family members and friends who will miss her dearly. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the GoFundMe link below in Sherri's honor. A celebration of Sherri's life will be held at Journey Christian Church on Friday, May 17, 2024 where friends and family will come together to honor her memory and find solace in each other's company as they reminisce about the beautiful life she lived. Sherri will forever remain in our hearts, her spirit shining brightly through all the lives she touched.
